CA Prachu Sedhai has done Master of Business Studies and has got extensive experience in corporate finance, taxation and auditing in both India and Nepal apart from her Chartered Accountancy degree. She has done industrial company’s financial management job as well as was engaged in auditing of top manufacturing companies in Nepal during her Audit firm association in one of the Nepal’s top five audit firm. Having these qualifications and experience, she is going to be a huge contributor as an Audit Committee member of the company in compliance, Corporate Good Governance, international best management practices.
